- Do you come to my location?
- Yes. We are a fully mobile detailing service. We come to your home, workplace, or any accessible location in Spanaway and nearby Pierce County communities. Your vehicle does not need to leave the driveway.
- Will my final price match the listed price?
- Package pricing is based on vehicles in normal condition. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, odor, or contamination. If additional work is needed, you receive an updated quote and approve it before anything changes.
- What should I do before my appointment?
- Remove personal items from the vehicle before we arrive. Make sure the vehicle is accessible and there is enough room to work around it. Let us know about any stains, pet hair, odors, or conditions when you book so we can prepare accordingly.
- Can you remove pet hair and odors?
- Yes. Pet hair removal and ozone odor treatment are available as add-ons with any package, and both are included in the Diamond package. Results depend on how severe the contamination is. We will set clear expectations after inspecting the vehicle.
- When is payment due?
- Payment is due when the service is complete, unless otherwise agreed before the appointment. A deposit may be required for certain services or vehicle conditions. Any changes to scope are approved by you before work continues.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash and Venmo.
- How do I book an appointment?

- What if I have a concern after the detail?
- Contact us within 24 to 48 hours so we can review the issue. Our first step is always to inspect and correct any problem directly. We want your vehicle to look right.
